  3. In “Apps” section, Click on “Apps & features“.
  4. In search box, type “Microsoft store“. You will see related results for the same.
  5. Click on the “Microsoft store” options, and go to “Advanced options“.
  6. Once you click on “Advanced options“, you will see multiple options like – specifications, app permissions, battery usage, lock screen notifications, defaults, terminate, reset and uninstall.
  7. You need to select options available in “Reset” options. You either click on “Repair” or “Reset“.
    • If you click on “Repair” option. It will try to repair it and it won’t affect app’s data.
    • If you click on “Reset” option. It will delete all the app’s data including your preference and sign in details.
